Devin has extensive experience in complex negotiations, particularly in outsourcing, sales and distribution, and other technology agreements. His focus is on highly regulated sectors, such as healthcare, telecommunications, utilities and financial services (e.g., banking, mortgage and other services).

Devin also has substantial experience in leading negotiations using an interest-based approach in order to fulfill the various purposes of a negotiation (e.g., to level-set expectations and build a relationship between the parties).

Devin's outsourcing experience includes IT outsourcing (ITO) (both ADM and infrastructure), business process outsourcing (BPO) (such as financial and accounting, claims processing, transportation, call center, and logistics outsourcing) and telecommunications transactions (VoIP, unified communications, and full voice and data networks).
